Happy New Year

Happy New Year to one and all. Having decided to start the year as I mean to go on, I awoke on the 1st hangover free – a new experience for me – at least for some years – and went mountain biking in France – seeing as I live in France, it seemed a little churlish to go do it in another country. I am now back on my low carb diet, as I still have a few pounds I would like to shed since stopping smoking. Having hit the massive amount of 291 lbs, I am now down to 258, but would like, this year, to hit 220 and I plan on doing this with a combination of diet and exercise – the only way to do it as far as I am concerned. This is my trusty Merida Matts TFS XC 700 looking manly and muddy.

So – 220 lbs here we come…….

This is my one and only New Year’s resolution – get outside and play more. Making a living sitting on your ass in front of a computer may have certain benefits, but getting regular workouts is not one of them – so from now on I get out at least 2 hours a day to play.

2010 was an interesting year for me, and I certainly learned to work smarter not harder this year. Perhaps my best investment was Market Samurai – the one and only product I advertise in my sidebar. Not to put too fine a point on it – way too many people seem to recommend products for the commission – not because they like the product. Fortunately – I do not have to do that and only advertise products I have tried myself and recommend. Either way – I heartily recommend MS.

This year I am looking forward not back, and my main project for 2011 is this one – a multi user WordPress network based around bank owned homes. Having blogged and analyzed the hell out of the real estate market for some years now – I see this as a big growth area for the next ten years or so – anyone interested in a revenue sharing blog – drop me a line.
