William - me too:)

Carol -

Sound reason and the constitution? Fox news is most certainly propaganda not news. And when one person owns this "news," source, and has demonstrated a willingness and pocketbook to influence the government, how can this be considered free speech?

Why would these terrorists go free? Surely there is some evidence against them that would ensure punishments appropriate to their crimes? Or do you have so little faith in the American justice system?

By innocent, I am assuming you are limiting that to only American innocents. Innocent Iraqis do not count?

If Obama follows through with any of these suggestions for change, he will be going against sound reason and the Constitution. Fox News and talk radio are not the enemies. It's called free speech, something the Constitution gives every American.

If they try the terrorists on US soil, in civil courts, every one of them will go free to keep on killing. These men were arrested as war criminals and as such we were not required to read them their rights. They need to be tried in military courts.

If Obama tries Bush as responsible for 9-11 it will be a waste of taxpayer money. Bush and his administration inherited the mess that allowed terrorists into this country, allowed them to train as pilots, and allowed them to get drivers licenses. Clinton was responsible for not allowing the CIA and the FBI to work together to prevent 9-11 from happening.

These ideas you list here are dangerous and will lead to innocent people being harmed and murderers going free. It will lead to less freedom and the possibility of tyranny. These ideas you list here are scary.
